He has managed multiple functions including Operations, R&D, IT, Quality Assurance, Product Support and HR. As a consultant Gautam has helped organizations engaged in IT, Telecom, Agribusiness, Food & Beverage, Textile and Non-Profit sectors. His last corporate position was Vice-President Aricent (formerly Hughes Software Systems).

Mita Brahma is a double alumnus of IIT Delhi (MS & MBA) with senior executive experience in premier Banking, Software, Consulting and Educational Services organizations. In over three decades of experience Mita has headed diverse functions ranging from Operations and HR to Marketing and Sales. In her consulting role she has helped organizations across multiple sectors including IT, manufacturing, design and IT Enabled Services. Her last corporate position was Senior Vice-President New Horizons.

Subhashis Banerji is certified as an NLP Professional ( by the world-renowned Dr. Dick Mchugh) & on Leadership through Schuitema (South Africa). He is also active with various movements like Art of Living, OSHO, Appreciative Enquiry (by Dr. Roland Sullivan) & Landmark Forum. Subhashis is well versed with personality profiling tools like Enneagram, DISC, FIRO-B etc. He also conducts workshops in the areas of: organization and personal counseling, mentoring, attitudinal reformation, selling skills, coaching, relationship enhancement, self development, & problem solving. In his last corporate assignment, Subhashis was the profit centre head in an automobile organization responsible for branding and operations in the region.
